(Annajm) 53 : 29
فَأَعْرِضْ عَنْ مَنْ تَوَلَّىٰ عَنْ ذِكْرِنَا وَلَمْ يُرِدْ إِلَّا الْحَيَاةَ الدُّنْيَا
Then you neglect the one who turned back from Our Reminder, and who doesn’t intend except this worldly life.
This verse commands Messenger and believers to neglect the Muijrim Kuffar-the wrong doing Fujjar who are mentioned as worthless people in verse 25: 18 by forgetting Adhikr-who neglect Adhikr which enables one to keep the Remembrance of Allah. Moreover, through the verses 9: 73; 25: 52; and 66: 9, it is also commanded to do great Jihad with Adhikr towards them. They have read the verses 9: 28, 95, and 125 which says that they are filth and Adhikr won’t increase to them except filth. See explanation 10: 7-8; 18: 28; and 43: 36-39.
